Ras Amud

Intermass has secured the construction appointment for Ras Amud, a luxury eco-resort development in Musandam, Oman, with private chalets set within a unique coastal environment.

Jouri Hills

At Jumeirah Golf Estates, Intermass is delivering Jouri Hills, a premium residential development comprising 294 luxury villas across a 1.44 million sq. ft. community.

Nad Al Sheba Phase 5&6

Intermass was appointed for Nad Al Sheba Phase 5 – Cluster D and Phase 6 – Cluster Ha for Shamal Development in Dubai, comprising 259 townhouses and villas with pool houses across more than 1.4 million sq.ft.

Masaar Villas

Work has commenced on Masaar Villas Phase 6 in Al Suyoh, Sharjah, with Intermass delivering 597 townhouses and villas across a built-up area of 2.17 million sq. ft.

Masaar Community Center

Intermass has been selected to deliver Masaar Central, a 53,000 sq. ft. retail and lifestyle hub at the heart of Sharjah’s Masaar development.

Anantara Sharjah Residences

Intermass will undertake the construction of Anantara Sharjah Resort and 128 branded residences on Al Heera Beach, Sharjah. The Arada-developed project is planned for completion within two years.
